The now canceled fight of two All-Pro runners is not going to happen.
Due to the cancellation of their exhibition boxing match, the Social Gloves 2 card
featuring a preview of Le'Veon Bell and Adrian Peterson has been canceled.
The promotion released a statement Friday to postpone the
July 30 event at The Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
No new date has been organized for the event, but "early September" is their hope.
TMZ reported that all the fights are scheduled to down.
Adrian Peterson and LeVeon Bell are two tenured running backs in the NFL,
who had their fight announced on July 4th.
They are both former All-Pros that were released from their contracts by NFL teams.
Sports fans are speculating about Peterson's next move. Will he return to football or boxing?
Bell has said that he will not play in 2022 and is focusing on boxing, hinting at retirement.
The future of the Peterson and Bell exhibition is unknown. They would need to find a new date, as well as whether they'll both be available.
