It's early in training camp, but Kadarius Toney is already more

excited about the new offense this year than last.

The pass-happy system under Brian Daboll and Mike Kafka is different than last year.

"It's a lot of energy," Toney had to say about the team now, "a lot of flexibility I guess you could say.

" With this new openness and flexibility, players are enjoying their time

with football and all of the changes that have taken place.

The Giants haven't had the best offensive success in recent years.

However, with their new offensive coordinator, players will now be able to enjoy more

freedom to use their talents and creativity.

The NFL star Toney skipped voluntary workouts this offseason, but refused to say why Friday.

"It was a personal reason. I don't think I need to explain it," he said.

There are high expectations for Toney with Daboll at the helm, provided he can stay healthy
