Lamar Jackson's contract situation isn't close to a conclusion but has been fixed.

According to Jackson, the conversation with Harbaugh

is a mutual conversation and is being kept within the team.

My contract isn't my first priority right now,

but I will start focusing on it when I have more time.

As an unsigned player, Jackson will focus primarily on training during the off-season

while spending his free time educating himself as best he can.

According to the Ravens, this has been a problem before and it needn't be with Jackson around.

Coach Harbaugh said "Both sides are motivated to get the job done," in an article by ESPN's Jamison Hensley.

Jackson said he just wants to be great and that money is not the issue.

"Football is what motivates me the most. I love it with a passion, and it's all I want to do,"

Jackson said when asked what motivates him. "As long as I can, football is all that matters."
