Liverpool’s hopes of winning the Champions League have been given a boost after it was revealed that both Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk will be fit for the final.
Both players had been doubts for the game after picking up injuries in the FA Cup final victory over Chelsea, but manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that they will both be available for selection.
This will come as a huge relief to Liverpool fans, as Salah is their top scorer this season with 30 goals in all competitions, while Van Dijk has been a rock at the back.
The Champions League final takes place on Saturday 28 May, with Liverpool taking on Real Madrid at the Stade de France in Paris.
